Randy’s restoration work of antique string instruments combined with his active art business has given him the technical expertise to create artwork of unique quality. He draws his inspiration from the natural surroundings of his Midwestern home which is set on an idyllic acreage in the heart of Iowa.

Randy has exhibited his oil paintings and Colorwashes at Somerset Gallery in Ames, Iowa and is currently on display at Kavanaough Art Gallery in West Des Moines, Iowa. His oil paintings are exhibited in The Octagon Center for the Arts, Ames, Iowa and his Colorwashes can be seen at Gilger Design.
